Marketing Specialist

Hybrid - Full Time6400 - 8000 PLN net + VAT

We are a company specializing in software development and custom product design for clients, primarily from international markets. We are seeking an experienced and self-reliant Marketing Specialist to play a significant role in our company and contribute to building the marketing department. This role demands creativity, knowledge of marketing activities specific to a software house, exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate must take responsibility for their area and demonstrate initiative in daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-creation and implementation of the marketing strategy within the established budget.
  • Execution of campaigns focused on acquiring new B2B clients through online channels and social media.
  • Collaboration in the creation of marketing materials and ensuring their proper utilization.
  • Competitor analysis, industry monitoring, and tracking competitors' activities.
  • Collaboration with other departments in the company, including HR, regarding employer branding activities.
  • Conducting communication activities and shaping a positive company image.
  • Ensuring the quality of implemented tasks.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in a similar position, preferably in IT companies operating in international markets (US, GCC), with a strong preference for experience in a software house.
  • Familiarity with marketing and analytical tools.
  • Ability to plan and execute marketing projects.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of English and Polish at the level enabling free communication in writing and in speaking (min. B2)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Goal-oriented, initiative, and positive attitude.
