QA Engineer
Remote - Full time9000 - 12000 PLN net + VAT (B2B)
Due to the dynamic growth of our company and an increasing number of projects, we are looking for skilled QA Engineers who will ensure the highest quality of our systems and applications. We seek individuals who are meticulous, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their skills, including test automation and performance testing. What Will You Do?
- Analyze documentation and requirements to ensure clarity and completeness.
- Perform precise and detailed comparisons between designs (Figma) and actual UI, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy.
- Conduct exploratory, functional, and usability testing to identify potential issues.
- Perform integration testing across multiple applications.
- Execute manual tests for web, mobile, and native applications.
- Report and track bugs using Azure DevOps or other issue-tracking systems.
What Do We Expect from You?
- English (B2+) for smooth communication and Polish (mandatory).
- At least 3 years of experience in manual testing.
- Extreme attention to detail, precision, and analytical thinking, especially in comparing designs vs UI.
- Hands-on experience in preparing test scenarios and test cases.
- Experience working with bug tracking tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, YouTrack).
- Knowledge of SQL basics and experience with relational databases.
- Experience in regression testing and mobile testing (Android, iOS).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Self-organization and ability to manage tasks independently.
- Familiarity with Figma or other design tools.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in test automation with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Knowledge of REST API testing (Postman).
- ISTQB certification.
- Understanding of Azure Cloud.
- Basic programming skills.
