What will you do?

  • Creating and developing content marketing strategies,
  • Building engaging content (copy, videos, graphics, newsletters, case studies, articles),
  • Managing Qodeca’s LinkedIn profile in line with current trends and algorithm changes,
  • Supporting experts and leaders in building their personal brands on LinkedIn,
  • Creating SEO-friendly content optimized for AI Overviews,
  • Managing and growing ranking platform profiles (Clutch, Feedbax, etc.),
  • Collaborating with design, sales, and HR teams to ensure consistent brand communication,
  • Analyzing marketing performance and drawing conclusions based on data,
  • Updating the company website according to the communication strategy,
  • Conducting market, competitor, and trend research.

What do we expect from you?

  • Has at least 2–3 years of experience in marketing,
  • Is an excellent writer with a strong sense of language, style, and tone of voice (also in English),
  • Understands the differences between content for LinkedIn, websites, newsletters, and landing pages,
  • Knows the basics of UX and eye-tracking, and understands how to design content that drives conversions,
  • Can independently manage cross-functional projects and gather information from different teams,
  • Understands SEO and AI Overviews principles and knows how to apply them in practice,
  • Can analyze campaign performance (GA4, Looker Studio/Data Studio, etc.),
  • Is self-organized, proactive, and able to deliver projects independently,
  • Knows how to use AI wisely - as a support tool, not a content generator.

Nice-to-have skills

  • ‍It’s great if you have experience in:B2B marketing, especially in IT, fitness, or healthcare industries,
  • Working with markets in the US, Europe, or the Middle East,
  • Organizing events and building a consistent brand image during conferences and industry events,
  • Running LinkedIn Ads / Google Ads / Meta Ads campaigns,
  • Working with HubSpot or marketing automation tools,Using Hotjar, GTM, and user behavior analytics tools.
