What will you do?
- Designing digital experiences end-to-end, from initial UX to the final UI.
- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
- Independently executing assigned tasks, taking full responsibility for their quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborating directly with English-speaking clients and presenting design solutions.
- Translating business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
- Working closely with analysts, developers, Product Managers, and other designers.
- Participating in the development and maintenance of Design Systems.
What do we expect from you?
- Min. 3 years of experience in the role of a Product / UX/UI Designer.
- A portfolio showcasing completed commercial projects.
- Very good knowledge of Figma and UX/UI design principles.
- Experience in designing web and mobile solutions end-to-end.
- Ability to independently manage assigned tasks and projects.
- Experience collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders.
- Very good command of English (minimum C1 level) allowing for fluent communication and project presentations. The Polish language is mandatory (min.C1).
- Ability to justify design decisions and constructively receive feedback.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with developers and other team members.
Nice-to-have skills
- Experience working with Design Systems.
- Knowledge of WCAG and accessibility standards.
- Experience in UX research, usability testing, or UX audits.
- Previous experience working in a software house or digital agency.
- Familiarity with AI tools supporting the design process.
