What will you do?
- Building and executing sales strategy: Creating actionable sales plans aligned with the company’s business goals.
- New market development: Driving international expansion, specifically focused on the further development of the GCC and US markets, while actively identifying new business directions.
- End-to-end B2B client acquisition: Owning the entire sales lifecycle from proactive prospecting, initial discovery, and deep needs analysis, through to tailored proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
- Relationship management: Building sustainable, trust-based relationships with potential B2B clients and expanding existing strategic networks.
- Marketing collaboration: Partnering closely with the marketing team to design and support sales-enabling initiatives (lead generation campaigns, sales collateral, targeted content, LinkedIn positioning, and client communications).
- Brand representation: Representing Qodeca at global conferences and industry events to unlock networking opportunities and build a strong market presence.
- Performance and market monitoring: Tracking industry trends, uncovering emerging opportunities, and consistently delivering on quarterly sales targets.
- Business agility: Responding flexibly and strategically to the evolving business and operational needs of the company.
What do we expect from you?
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales.
- Possesses strong experience in the IT/technology sector - you don't necessarily need to come from a software house, but a solid grasp of technical vocabulary and the specific dynamics of IT projects is essential.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of independently managing the end-to-end sales process.
- Exudes confidence in initiating first contact and conducting high-level discovery calls to uncover exact client pain points.
- Is highly independent and proactive - a self-starter who naturally spots business opportunities and designs targeted solutions.
- Demonstrates strong strategic thinking and deep business acumen.
- Has professional language proficiency: Fluent English (min. C1) and Polish at a communicative level.
- Is ready and willing to travel for business and represent the company at key industry events.
- Is highly proficient with modern business tools: HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Workspace, design platforms (Canva / Figma), and knows how to use AI tools wisely (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) as a strategic assistant.
Nice-to-have skills
- Hands-on experience in co-creating, developing, or scaling global sales strategies.
- A proven track record of expanding tech services into premium international markets (e.g., GCC, USA, Western Europe).
- Possession of an active, established network of business contacts.
- Experience selling IT services, custom software development, consulting, or complex tech solutions particularly within the fitness or sports industries.
- Experience representing an organization at international tech conferences as an active attendee, speaker, or panelist.
- Strong background in setting up structured outbound lead generation and targeted sales campaigns.

- Salary: 16,000 – 18,000 PLN net + VAT (B2B contract) + a highly rewarding sales commission structure.
