Senior Product Designer

What do we expect from you?

• Experience: 4+ years of proven experience.
• Independence: Ability to work independently and seamlessly within a Product Team.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A knack for tackling complex problems.
• Portfolio: Showcase your strengths through an impressive portfolio.
• Design Expertise: Craft well-thought-out interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2) and a collaborative spirit. The Polish language is mandatory.
• Technical proficiency: Mastery of design software such as Figma..
• Data-Driven Design: Experience collecting and analyzing data to make informed design decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design well-thought-out interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct UX audits and generate reports.
• Outline information architecture.
• Define customer segments.
• Establish user stories and create low-fi flows based on them.
• Contribute to best practices for the team (e.g. iOS navigation changes).
• Develop Design Systems.
