What will you do?

Bridge the Gap: Act as the vital link between the client’s business vision and our engineering team’s technical execution.
End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full project lifecycle, with a heavy focus on early-stage Discovery Phases to define scope and business goals.
Team Leadership: Build, motivate, and mentor high-performing teams. You’ll be responsible for task prioritization, conflict resolution, and removing blockers.
Strategic Delivery: Navigate "tricky waters" by managing project risks, quality control, and stakeholder expectations with assertiveness.
Efficiency Driver: Increase team velocity and efficiency while maintaining a collaborative and positive spirit.

What do we expect from you?

Proven Track Record: 5+ years of documented experience running multiple software projects in a Software House or a similarly dynamic IT environment.
Phase Zero Expertise: Strong experience in the Discovery Phase and early stages of client collaboration.
Communication Excellence: Fluent English (min. C1) and Polish (min. C1). You must be able to communicate freely and persuasively in both languages.
International Mindset: Experience working directly with international clients. This includes a flexible approach to working hours, with readiness for afternoon and evening shifts to collaborate with our US-based partners.
Technical & Data Proficiency: Solid understanding of technical terminology and modern management techniques. Knowledge of Cloud, SaaS, AI, Big Data, and Azure DevOps is essential.
Independence & Problem Solving: High level of self-discipline, an open mind, and a proven ability to lead teams through "tricky waters" to success.
Assertiveness & Business Acumen: Strong ability to manage project scope and client expectations. You know how to balance business goals with technical constraints.
Relationship Building: Exceptional skills in building long-term, trust-based relationships with both stakeholders and development teams.

Nice-to-have skills

Experience in Business Analysis.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Google Workspace.
Software development background.
Ability to build project estimates with a minimal set of requirements.
