The Challenges

EōS Fitness delivers high-quality gym experiences across six US states. As they expanded, their digital environment struggled to keep pace. Core member processes from onboarding to check-ins were largely manual, creating errors and bottlenecks. Most critically, the website couldn't handle peak traffic during campaigns, affecting brand credibility. EōS needed a complete infrastructure transformation to support their ambitious expansion plans.
