The company faced an unstable and inefficient system riddled with errors, including data inconsistencies. Due to an unscalable environment, the company was unable to implement new functionalities. Challenges also included an unintuitive user interface, low security, and limited data access. The biggest challenge was creating a low-maintenance, fully flexible, and reliable innovation ecosystem. That would manage records with data integrity ensure legal compliance for contracts, and make all transactions immediate, secure, and audited.

Our approach
We conducted a comprehensive analysis of the client's business needs and held collaborative workshops. Through iterative sessions with our analysts and designers, we developed functionality concepts that aligned seamlessly with business objectives while addressing the expectations of end users. The solution was co-created with the client, focusing on simplicity, usability, and user-centric design. Once the mockups were approved, we initiated development, delivering weekly test versions of the system along with detailed progress updates.
Following the production launch, we continued to refine the system and roll out new modules, ensuring the platform evolved with MedSimples' growing ambitions.

The Solutions
We were tasked with creating a double-ended system that would help cover many of the daily tasks of healthcare workers. The primary features of the office side of the app include hospital scheduling and payment management. The mobile app enables doctors to settle their payments and apply for available shifts whenever possible.
