The challenges
PureGym Arabia needed more control over its regional digital presence. The websites had to support two markets, two languages, and a content team that needed to make everyday updates without relying on developers.

Two regional websites
Separate KSA and UAE sites had to maintain a consistent experience while addressing the requirements of each market.

A bilingual, right-to-left experience
Both sites needed to work seamlessly in English and Arabic. Right-to-Left (RTL) layouts added another layer of complexity to design, implementation, and testing.

Limited flexibility for day-to-day updates
Routine changes should no longer depend on developer support. The new platform needed to give the client more freedom to manage content and build pages themselves by using pre-prepared, reusable components.
